ProjectDescriptionThe purpose of the project is to create a novel transnational network between the project partners and their clients (SME’s) and find an activate other organizations that give testing services to join the network. The meaning of the network is to create a totally new system for developing and strengthening the harsh weather testing activities in the northern periphery region. During the project the partners of the network will develop: 1. New innovative testing, planning, problem solving and consulting services which provide preconditions for SME’s and industry working in the field of harsh weather conditions. 2. New methods and products for measurements and testing of people, materials, vehicles etc. operating in harsh weather conditions. 3. Means to promote available harsh weather testing and problem solving services to SME’s and industry, organize workshops to advance information change and develop methods for distribution of information and awareness for other end users. The main objective of the project is that in the future there will be a functional transnational harsh weather testing network delivering solutions and services for research organizations, enterprises, industry, authorities, inhabitants and other possible costumers in different countries.
