| ProjectDescription | The purpose of MätaJämt2 project is to develop and implement tools and methods for measuring the effects of an integrated equality and diversity work in the IT project environment. The main idea of this project is that the further development takes place in real environments (pilots), together with researchers and companies. The project's ambition is to contribute to a long-term and more sustainable growth and development in Northern Finland and Northern Sweden, with equality and diversity as tools. The region's IT industry is expected to achieve greater awareness of how important the role of gender and diversity in the development of the IT industry is. It is profitable for both business and society that products reach the market. The project is expected to widen women's influence on IT development and ultimately create new jobs for both men and women. The goal is to encourage the development of processes, procedures and ability to create gender projects and work. |
