ProjectDescriptionBackground In northern Norway and Finland there is today qualified producers and arranger of dance and movement art. Their activities share many of the problems that exist in northern Sweden, large geographical distances, a relative short period of dance art history and so on. In spite of that they have succeed in creating well-reputed special guest performance scenes, well-attended festivals etcetera. During an interregional dance meeting in autumn 2008 was an exchanged of experiences and ideas concerning possibilities of how to benefit each other resources. With that as starting point create a common base for production, distribution and marketing of scene art. Objective and aim Syftet med projektet är att utveckla förutsättningarna för danslivet i norra Sverige, Norge och Finland. Genom en förstudie få möjlighet att träffas och skapa förutsättningar för ett partnerskap i ett framtida projekt. The purpose with the project is to develop conditions for dance in northern part of Sweden, Norway and Finland. Through a preliminary study get opportunity to meet and create possibilities for co-operation in a future project.
