Overdraft of costs ?
If the activities carried out within the framework of a project remain the same, an increase of a specific expenditure in the amount of up to 10 % is allowed without submitting a special application. Thus, there is no need to apply for a permission to change the budget, however the budget difference should be mentioned in the situation and/or final report.
If the difference in expenditure is more than 10%, a special application should be submitted to obtain permission for a budget change.
