Why is the Arctic exciting and interesting?
Welcome to Luleå in November when Interreg Nord is arranging a conference to show borderless opportunities when living and working in the Arctic regions!
During the conference we will discuss borderless opportunities in the future Arctic. The conference starts with an evening event at 5 pm on the 15th of November followed by an interesting conference program on the 16th of November.
